Results: 2009 FITGER'S 5K RESULTS

There’s no better time to start spring training than at the 20th annual Fitger’s 5K Run & Walk. The 3.1-mile race begins at 9 a.m. at Fitger’s (600 E. Superior St.) in downtown Duluth. An awards ceremony follows the race at 10:30 a.m.

The racecourse travels through downtown Duluth on Superior Street into Canal Park and finishes back at Fitger’s. Click here for the FITGERS 5K COURSE MAP

All finishers receive a T-shirt, and trophies will be awarded to the top competitors in each age category for both the run and walk.

Registration and Race Packet Pick-up for the 2010 Fitger's 5K:

Registration for the 2010 Fitger's 5K is now closed. The limit of 1,500 was reached on March 17. There is NO race day registration.

Entry Fee: $25 plus processing fee. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

All proceeds from the Fitger’s 5K benefit the Young Athletes Foundation.

Race Packet Pick-up:

Friday, April 16
11 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Main Lobby of Fitger's

Saturday, April 17
7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. in the August Fitger Room on the 3rd Floor of Fitger's.

Important: Absolutely no early starters are allowed on the racecourse. Individuals in violation of this rule will be disqualified and asked to leave the course. No automobiles, bicycles, baby joggers, roller skis, inline skates, handcycles, hand-cranked wheelchairs, pets or unofficial participants are allowed on the racecourse.

Headphones: For the safety of all participants, the use of headphones and other similar devices will not be allowed during the Fitger's 5K Run & Walk.
