SMDC Health System Health & Fitness Expo

SMDCThe SMDC Health System Health & Fitness Expo is one of the largest in the nation. This event allows race participants, family and friends a chance to view over 100 booths showcasing the latest products and services available in the athletic industry.

The expo is in the Arena at the DECC and is free and open to the public on Thursday, June 17, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, June 18, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Directions to the DECC from the North: From I-35 south take the Lake Avenue/5th Avenue West Exit (#256B) and stay in the left lane. At the stoplight, turn left on Canal Park Drive and immediately get into the right lane. Turn right on Railroad Street, drive under the skywalk and turn left into the DECC parking lot.

Directions to the DECC from the South: From I-35 north take the Lake Avenue/5th Avenue West Exit (#256B) and stay in the right lane. At the Stoplight, go straight until you get to the stoplights at Lake Avenue. Turn right on Canal Park Drive and stay in the right lane. Turn right on Railroad Street, drive under the skywalk and turn left into the DECC parking lot.

Parking in the DECC lot is $4 on Thursday, June 17 and Friday, June 18 and $5 on race day - Saturday, June 19.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Returning exhibitors will receive first crack at reserving a space again and this will happen mid-January through mid-February 2010. If there are still booths available, we will give new exhibitors the chance to reserve a booth on a first come, first serve basis according to when they were placed on the waiting list. If you would like to be put on the waiting list for the 2010 event, please email Laura Bergen at the below email address.

BOOTH DETAILS
All booths are 8 x 10 and include an 8ft. skirted table, two chairs and pipe/drape.
